Dear Ms Pomroy

I am writing in response to your request dated 27 November 2023 .  This
has been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

You asked for the following information:

I would be most grateful if you would provide me, under the Freedom of
Information Act, the following information regarding your facilities
management approach:

A tiered hierarchy of people within your organisation that are responsible
for Estates, Property, CAFM, Finance and Facilities for your organisation.
Please provide their name, job title and email address where possible.
i.e. Estates Directors, Facilities Managers, Operations Directors etc.

The Council’s response to your specific questions is set out below:

40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 in respect of personal data
where the withheld names are those of more junior members of staff

Advice and Assistance : Direct Marketing

council officers (or other officers) provided in this response for direct
marketing, you need to be registered with the Information Commissioner to
process personal data for this purpose.  You must also check that the
individual (whom you wish to contact for direct marketing purposes) is not
registered with one of the Preference Services to prevent Direct
Marketing.  If they are you must adhere to this preference. You must also
ensure you comply with the Privacy Electronic and Communications
