Dear Troy, Tracy,
If you have the premises owners name that would be great if not then the license holder would also be fine.
Yours sincerely,
Josh Hill
Dear Mr Hill
I refer to your information request dated 21 October 2015 in which you ask
for the following information:
I am looking for a list of Owners for all licensed properties, pubs, bars,
nightclubs and guesthouses in the South Lanarkshire Council region.
After clarification you confirmed that you were happy to receive details
of licence holders if we did not hold owners of property’s details.
Holding the Information
The Licensing Board has searched its records and is able to give you some
of the information you have requested.
Information provided
The Licensing Board can give you some of the information that it has in
relation to your request. Please find attached a copy of a register of
premises licensed in South Lanarkshire giving details of the premises
together with the licence holder.
Request refused in terms of section 17 of FOISA
However, the Licensing Board cannot give you part of the information
requested namely details of the owner’s name and details of bed and
breakfasts because it does not have it. The Licensing Board only has
details of licensed premises in South Lanarkshire.
However details of bed and breakfasts can be obtained from South
Lanarkshire Council by emailing [1][email address].
Request for Review
The Licensing Board has a Review Panel to deal with complaints from people
who are not happy about the way that it has handled their request. Staff
not involved in the original decision will handle any review.
If you want to complain, you can ask the Review Panel to look at the way
that we have dealt with your request. It will consider whether we have
complied with the requirements of FOISA. Please note that if you wish to
complain, you must do so by 20 January 2016. You must explain why you are
not happy when requesting a review.
Please note that the Review Panel cannot consider any decisions taken by
the Licensing Board or actions of the Licensing Board or any of its
employees or a service provided by it that are not connected to the
handling of your request for information.
You should send your request for a review to:
