I refer to your request for information received on 31/05/2018. Please
find our response below.

Your request:

Could you please provide me the list of owners’ correspondence address who
owns any HMO (House of multiple occupants) in Wandsworth Council.

Our response: 

The addresses of owners of HMOs are exempt from disclosure as they are
personal data and are not required to be entered into the HMO Register
under section 232 of Housing Act 2004.  The addresses of HMOs in the
borough are available on the Council’s website at
[1]www.wandsworth.gov.uk/hmo and the owners identities can be obtained if
required from HM Land Registry on payment of the required fee.

Please note, all material provided by Wandsworth Council in response to
your request for information is for your personal, non-commercial use.
