I am responding to your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000,
which we received on 3 January 2017, for information held by the Council.
You requested:

 

I would like to know who owns or otherwise has authority over the patch of
land located approximately at 2 Canal Way, W10. It is encircled by Green
fencing, adjacent to a Bus parking bay.

 

Google Map location: 51.525740, -0.215333

 

I am requesting their contact details, in order to potentially make use of
the space for a temporary community/social purpose.

 

The Council do not hold the information requested.

 

The Council are not the freeholder of the land described in your request
and we do not hold information on who owns the land.

 

The Land Registry will hold this information and you will need to make
