Dear FOI Team,

I am writing to make an open government request for all the information to which I am entitled under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

• How many schools are there in the MAT?
• Do you have a central procurement policy that covers all schools under the MAT?
• Do you have a managed print supplier that covers all schools under the MAT? If so,
o Who is the current provider?
o When does their contract end?
o How many printers and MFDs are in your estate?
o Who is the named person and their role in your organisation in charge of procurement for Print
• Do you have an IT supplier of hardware e.g. Laptops / Desktops and associated peripherals that covers all schools under the MAT? If so,
o Who is the current provider?
o When does their contract end?
o How many laptops and desktops are in your estate?
o Who is the named person and their role in your organisation in charge of procurement for IT
• Do you currently use a Public Sector Framework for IT and MFD / Printer procurement? If so, which ones do you currently use?

I would like the above information to be provided to me as an electronic copy. If this request is too wide or unclear, I would be grateful if you could contact me as I understand that under the Act, you are required to advise and assist requesters.

If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.

• How many schools are there in the MAT? 45
• Do you have a central procurement policy that covers all schools under
the MAT? The TKAT procurement policy is available on the TKAT website.
• Do you have a managed print supplier that covers all schools under the
MAT? If so, As a Trust we do not have a managed print supplier.
o Who is the current provider? See answer above.
o When does their contract end? See answer above
o How many printers and MFDs are in your estate? We are not able to
provide this information corporately. This information is retained by each
individual school.
o Who is the named person and their role in your organisation in charge of
procurement for Print. Print is managed individually by the schools. There
is not a role within the organisation who has sole charge of procurement
for print.
• Do you have an IT supplier of hardware e.g. Laptops / Desktops and
associated peripherals that covers all schools under the MAT? If so, TKAT
does not have a single supplier of this hardware, this is sourced
individually by the schools.. 
o Who is the current provider? See answer above
o When does their contract end?  See answer above
o How many laptops and desktops are in your estate? approx 15,000 units
o Who is the named person and their role in your organisation in charge of
procurement for IT. Subject to requirements and values etc, IT procurement
is managed in accordance with the TKAT Procurement & Contract procedures. 
• Do you currently use a Public Sector Framework for IT and MFD / Printer
procurement? If so, which ones do you currently use? TKAT use the KCS
Framework Agreement for MFD's. Other framework agreements we have used for
IT are  those managed by Crown Commercial Services.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
