Dear Lisa
I am writing to ask for clarification on your request.
Where you refer to 'quota' do you mean the number of places we have available on the A206 course - relating to each of your questioning?
Please can you confirm if this is the case - if it is not then please can you confirm exactly what you mean by the word quota?
Until you provide this clarification we will be unable to provide a response to your request.
Best wishes
Holly
Dear Holly,
Yes, I confirm that by "quota", I mean the number of places you have available.
Yours sincerely,
Lisa Yamamoto

Dear Holly Haslam,
I regret to receive your response of "Data not held. The University of Manchester do not run the A200 course." on 5 September 2018.
You will appreciate that I have sent a follow-up email on 6 August 2018, immediately after my initial request email, stating the following (inter alia): "To clarify, I am seeking information regarding programme A206. Sorry for the typographical error in the previous message."
In the 6 August 2018 follow-up email, I also wrote:
"On top of the above 3 questions, I also seek the following information:
A. For the latest three (3) admission cycles: the quota for all applicants regardless of fee status
B. For the upcoming admission cycle (for admission in September 2019), the quota for all applicants regardless of fee status"
You wrote in reply on 7 August 2018, referring to the "A206 course", so you have undoubtedly received my clarification email and understood that my request referred to the "A206 course".
In light of the above, I believe a valid request had been lodged on 6 August 2018, in relation to your A206 dentistry course. Please kindly supply the information requested in relation to the A206 as soon as possible. I eagerly await your reply.
Yours sincerely,
Lisa Yamamoto
