Overflow system leaking

The request was partially successful.

Dear Northern Ireland Housing Executive,
As the coronavirus restrictions relating to issues of repair notices under article 41 have been now lifted by "The Northern Ireland Government",could you please deal with an urgent overflow water leak at the front of" Ferndale House " Dunmurry.
This water overflow problem has not been repaired after repeated requests for approximately two years to The Lisburn Office ,who constantly give different answers regarding this repair.
This leak is at the front door of the building and the water splashes the residents going in and out of the building. It also forms ice and is a "Health and Safety" issue. We have many ageing residents living in the building but it is also dangerous underfoot for us all

Yours faithfully,

John Leitch

NIHE FOI, Northern Ireland Housing Executive
