Dear Northern Ireland Housing Executive,
The ground floor pump room at Ferndale House, has machinery that works 24hours,7days a week none stop.This machinery has a leak,and the floor of the pump room is full of water. It is giving out a loud noise (Like a fog horn),as this machinery is working at full compacity to aid water around the high-rise flats,the overflow system in Ferndale House has not been looked at since I have lived in this building (32 years).Will you take this complaint seriously and start work on the overflow system.The house officer needs to be on the ground more, this was reported to him and he said "This is the first I have heard of this",if he was caring out the normal inspections he would have known about this problem"

Reference your letter dated 26th August 2021,regarding the review of my complaint,you state in your letter that you will reply to me by 20th September 2021. In your letter you state"I will write to you again if it is found that my investigations cannot be completed within this timescale"
I have had no contact from " The Northern Ireland Housing Executive" regarding this review.
