Q1 how many tenants on your allocations/waiting list in a 1 bed private
rental property are overcrowded? – NA - East Renfrewshire Council only
hold information relating to Council Tenancies
Q2 how many tenants on your allocations/waiting list in a 1 bed social
housing property are overcrowded? As at 9 October 2013, there were 12
Tenants in 1-bedroom properties under overcrowded conditions.
Q3 how many tenants on your allocations/waiting list in a 2 bed private
rental property are overcrowded? – NA - East Renfrewshire Council only
hold information relating to Council Tenancies
Q4 how many tenants on your allocations/waiting list in a 2 bed social
housing property are overcrowded? As at 9 October 2013, there were 64
tenants in 2-bedroom properties under overcrowded conditions.
