Dear Northern Ireland Housing Executive,
What recourse has a leaseholder if they feel , they have been overcharged on their "Annual Reconciliation 2015 - 2016 , charges
Item 1,I would like you to send me the documentation regarding the "General Response Maintenance" for the annual actual charge , on the letter sent to me, dated 03/08/2017
Item 2,Also the " Management Costs " for the annual actual charge
Item1 The overcharge was £95
Item2 The overcharge was£9.50
Total Overcharge was £104.50

I reported that the store door had been damaged and a new door was put on. The stores are owned by NIHE and this charge is unfair as I did not damage this door ,so why am I being charged for it.
