The request was refused by Haringey Borough Council.

Dear Haringey Borough Council,

https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/h...

The above link takes you to the correspondence related to this request. In this Anita Hunt responded to an FOI Internal Review regarding correspondence between Homes for Haringey. She informed the origional questioner Phil Jackson that his request for internal review had found that Homes for Haringey had not been compliant. A final deadline of 18th August was given by which time the outstanding infomation requested in the origional FOI would be supplied or legal reason for refusal offered. Since that date no such information has been made public.

I request that all the outstanding information promised be published at the earliest opportunity.

I also request that you supply all correspondence relating to the origional FOI and the internal review between Anita Hunt (or which ever officer undertook her work if subsitute was made) with Homes for Haringey, Lyn Gardner Director of Regeneration and Dan Hawthorn.

Yours faithfully,

Hilary Adams

Dear Haringey Borough Council,

Thank you for your response. However it is not fully satisfactory and I therfore wish to clarify that my current FOI does request the infomation that you state will be made available in 'due course'. I have checked the WDTK site again today and find this has still not appeared despite it being due on 18th August following the successful internal review undertaken by yourselves. This means that the infomation is 54 days late including weekends. This is far longer than can be explained by any reasonable investigations into the matter. I would expect you to publish that infomation now in relation to the inital FOI but for the purpose of this subsequent FOI unless it has been already published as described I expect that it will be included in my FOI response to which you have indicated a final date of 30th October, thank you.

Yours faithfully,

Hilary Adams
