        100% in house.
 
•       Security Services
        45 staff, with approximately 3 outsourced via Unitemps = 6.4516%
outsourced at the moment.
 
•       Catering Services
        100% outsourced to a company called 'Chartwell's'.
 
•       Transport Services
        100% outsourced, comprising of contributions to a hospital shuttle
bus and privately operated park and ride facilities for staff.
 
•       Helpdesk Services (IT/Facilities)
        100% in house.
 
2.      Do you make use of any sector or Industry-based shared services
for IT or Facilities Services (please state nature of shared service)
       
        No.
