Your request for information has been considered by Warwickshire County Council

I am writing to advise you that the information you have requested is not held by 
Warwickshire County Council. This is because you are seeking information concerning 
a service which is actioned by the local District and Borough Councils, rather than us as 
a County Council.  
Please see below for further details, and explanation. 
You asked us: 
1.Date and Location: Please provide the dates and locations of all outdoor cinema 
events organized during the specified time frame.  
 
2.Event Costs: Kindly disclose the total costs associated with each of the outdoor 
cinema events, including but not limited to event planning, equipment rental, 
security, marketing, and any other expenses incurred.  
 
3.Turnout and Attendance: Please provide attendance figures for each of the 
outdoor cinema events, specifying the number of attendees for each event and 
any available demographic information about the audience.  
 
4.Companies or Contractors: Provide a list of the companies or contractors hired 
to assist in organizing and executing these outdoor cinema events. This should 
include event management companies, audio-visual equipment providers, 
security services, and any other relevant entities.
