Thank you for your request for information about outdoor cinema events
organised and hosted by the local authority within the last three years,
as well as the total revenue, attendance and contractors involved..  Your
request was received by the Information Rights Team on 30 October 2023. 
This is being dealt with under the terms of the appropriate Information
Rights legislation.

In some circumstances we may charge for information.  If there is a charge
we will let you know, as you will be required to pay this before we deal
with your request.

Some information does not have to be released under this legislation.  We

has not organised any outdoor cinema events, itself, within the last three
years.

The information supplied may be used for domestic or journalistic
purposes.  Its use for commercial gain including issuing to the public,

under the Reuse of Public Sector Information Regulations 2015.

If you are unhappy with the service you have received in relation to your

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request
information regarding outdoor cinema events that you have organized and
hosted within the last three years. I am particularly interested in the
following details:

Date and Location: Please provide the dates and locations of all outdoor
cinema events organized during the specified time frame.

Event Costs: Kindly disclose the total costs associated with each of the
outdoor cinema events, including but not limited to event planning,
equipment rental, security, marketing, and any other expenses incurred.

Turnout and Attendance: Please provide attendance figures for each of the
outdoor cinema events, specifying the number of attendees for each event
and any available demographic information about the audience.

Companies or Contractors: Provide a list of the companies or contractors
hired to assist in organizing and executing these outdoor cinema events.
This should include event management companies, audio-visual equipment
providers, security services, and any other relevant entities.

I understand that the Freedom of Information Act requires a response to be
provided within 20 working days from the date of receiving this request.
If it is not possible to provide the information within this time frame,
