Outdoor Cinemas

Dear Staffordshire County Council,

I am writing to you under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 to request information regarding outdoor cinema events that you have organized and hosted within the last three years. I am particularly interested in the following details:

Date and Location: Please provide the dates and locations of all outdoor cinema events organized during the specified time frame.
Event Costs: Kindly disclose the total costs associated with each of the outdoor cinema events, including but not limited to event planning, equipment rental, security, marketing, and any other expenses incurred.
Turnout and Attendance: Please provide attendance figures for each of the outdoor cinema events, specifying the number of attendees for each event and any available demographic information about the audience.
Companies or Contractors: Provide a list of the companies or contractors hired to assist in organizing and executing these outdoor cinema events. This should include event management companies, audio-visual equipment providers, security services, and any other relevant entities.
I understand that the Freedom of Information Act requires a response to be provided within 20 working days from the date of receiving this request. If it is not possible to provide the information within this time frame, please inform me of this and indicate when I can expect to receive the requested information.
If any of the requested information is exempt from disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act, please provide an explanation for the exemption and specify which part of the Act is being relied upon.
