Outcome of election reporting in May 2021
Dear Humberside Police,
In a Press Gazette article, May 28, 2021, it is stated that Hull City Council chief executive and electoral returning officer Matt Jukes referred concerns about Hull Live's election day reporting to Humberside Police.
Would you please provide the following:
- the emails and communications between Matt Jukes (or any representatives of Matt Jukes) and Humberside police between May 1, 2021 and May 1, 2022; and
- the outcome and any report or documents from the investigation into the election day reporting.
For emails, please provide attachments, and look into drafts and deleted items
Yours faithfully,
Joanna Booth

Dear Humberside Police,
Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.
I am writing to request an internal review of Humberside Police's handling of my FOI request 'Outcome of election reporting in May 2021'.
Please review this decision, as I believe the exemption has been applied wrongly. Note that I am asking for information which does not allow for the identification of a specific individual. There is more information about this in the ICO guidance on section 40 exemptions (https://ico.org.uk/for-organisations/gui...).
I would like to know the outcome of the election reporting. This is of public interest . Communications about the matter can obviously be redacted as appropriate so as not to disclose personal information.
