Outcome 14 Events on Ambulance, Paramedic and PTS Crews
Dear East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust,
I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
I would like to receive information regarding how many “outcome14” events have been recorded in 2022 involving Ambulance, Paramedic and PTS personnel.
Outcome 14: Evidential difficulties: suspect not identified; victim does not support further action. Evidential difficulties victim based – named suspect not identified. The crime is confirmed but the victim declines or is unable to support further police action to identify the offender.
Specifically, I would like to understand your procedures and who if any supplies the technology used to mitigate Outcome 14 events.
I would like to receive this information in MS Excel format.
I understand that under the Act you are required to advise and assist requesters. If any of this information is already in the public domain, please can you direct me to it, with page references and URLs if necessary.
