Dear Hayley,

Many thanks for providing this information, I appreciate the response.

Can I just put on record my concerns that Plymouth CC do not readily know how many people they have placed out of area under the Mental Health Act. I find it hard to imagine that commissioners can fulfil their duties, or indeed councillors there, with so little knowledge of what provision is being made for people with learning disability and/or autism in the city, or in this case out of the city.

Best wishes
George
