Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

Can you tell me how many complaints have been made by people who have not got their copy of "Our East End"? When you publish the data for number of copies do you include this data?

Can you tell me is using this form https://www.towerhamlets.gov.uk/content_... the only way to make a complaint which is recorded and shows up in figures?

Yours faithfully,

Abdul Hai

I have been told that the best way to complain is in writing and keep a copy of it.
