Please again accept my apologies, I have located the request which has the
reference 9TVPY7Z27B. I can see that this was responded to on the
20/10/2023. Apologies that this response did not reach you, I have copied
it below. I can also see that it was acknowledged on the 12/09/2023. There
may have been error with receiving these as with whatdotheyknow requests,
messages sent from our online portal do not arrive, and need to be
emailed.

Thank you for the information referring to HN3VWYKY75.

This is a different request from 18th August 2023 to which you have never
acknowledged. The request made was:

"Please release the total cost of producing ‘Our Bromley’ magazine. Please
consider direct costs - design, printing, distribution (not limited to
these areas) - but also the indirect, opportunity costs of your staff
working on this instead of their core duties."

Please can you respond to this request and conduct an internal review as
to why it was never acknowledged?
