Other 'new information' which led to the 2019 Arundel Bypass consultation

The request was partially successful.

Dear Highways England Company Limited,
In your reply to my FOI request of 22 January, about the 'new information' which led to the new Arundel Bypass consultation in 2019, you quoted your 2019 documents as stating that the 'new information' included a redesign of the western end of Option 5A, 'updated traffic modelling results', and updated data on Options 1 and 3.
The word 'included' suggests that other new information also led to the new consultation in 2019. The information quoted also does not seem like enough to lead to a new consultation on six, instead of three, routes. Therefore I would like to see:
- the other new information (which you imply exists) which led to the 2019 consultation.
- the 'updated traffic modelling results' which you state was one of the factors which led to the 2019 consultation.

Yours faithfully,

emma tristram
