Can you note the RSLs are currently not affected by FOI until November 2019 however under our openness and transparency policy we have responded to your request.

In relation to the various questions here is our response:

1. Number of residents currently awaiting an OT assessment - We don't hold this information
2. How many OT assessments have been requested from the LA in the past 12 months. - We don't hold this information
3. Average waiting time for an OT assessment - We don't hold this information
4. If your organisation uses independent OT services - We do not use independent OT assessments
5. If so average cost paid per assessment. - Not Applicable
6. Name, email and contact number of person responsible in your organisation who is or would be responsible for the decision to commission independent OT assessments. - Not Applicable, if we are to move to this at some point in the future this would require Board approval and we would issue a tender via the Scottish Public procurement website or advertise this on SFHA website is the value was limited.

If you are seeking to sell services in this regard you can advise me of this directly and I will retain your information should we ever need this service in the future.

Can you note that our tenants carry out their own requests to social care direct therefore we are not involved in the referral process to OTs (thus the reason for our responses above) rather we receive the outcome of these assessments and undertake any necessary work required based on that assessment.
