Your request has been considered in accordance with the requirements of
the Freedom of Information Act and our information access policy.  I can
confirm that we hold the information you require. You specifically asked:
I am writing to request the interior and exterior orthographic diagrams
for the London Underground 2009 and 1996 Stock trains. As part of my
research and interest in public transportation, I would greatly appreciate
access to these technical drawings.

Specifically, I am interested in understanding the layout, dimensions, and
design details of both the 2009 and 1996 Stock trains. These diagrams will
be instrumental in creating accurate Blender 3D models of these iconic
train models.

If possible, please provide the diagrams in a digital format or any other
convenient means. I understand that these diagrams may be proprietary, but
I believe they would greatly enhance my modeling efforts.
