Dear Steven Irving FOI,

Thank you for the information, I did not realise it was within the report.

Yours sincerely,

Dear Steven Irving FOI,

Having now studied the link you provided as part of section 25, it is not a copy of the report but a section entitled the Orr Report which is about the report not the report itself. Is it possible to therefore send me a copy of the report?

Yours sincerely,

Angie Nickson

Dear David Steel FOI,

Thank you for the reply you sent. I am not yet familiar with the retention schedules , but is there not usually an exemption for important material, which is then put into archives.
Also could you send me a copy of the rentention schedule.
When information is destroyed is a list not kept what information is destroyed?
Surely it would be negligent for this extremely important document to be destroyed?

Yours sincerely,

Angie Nickson
