Please provide your latest organogram which takes account of the recent changes made to the review process detailed below:

"For context, the PHSO’s Customer Care Team took responsibility for the review process from Corporate Casework Team in January 2017. As at 13 February 2017, there were 26 open reviews held by the PHSO."

InformationRights, Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman

3 April 2017

Dear J Roberts

Your information request (our case reference: FDN-274451)

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request dated 6
March 2017 in which you asked:

‘Please provide your latest organogram which takes account of the recent
changes made to the review process detailed below:
“For context, the PHSOs Customer Care Team took responsibility for the
review process from Corporate Casework Team in January 2017”.  As at 13
February 2017, there were 26 open reviews held by the PHSO.’

In line with section 1 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA), I
can confirm we have not produced an organogram since early January 2017,
this is because the office of the Parliamentary and Health Service
Ombudsman is currently in the process of a restructure, and we will be
producing a full organogram once the new structure is in place. Please
find below the Customer Care Team structure at 1 January 2017 (when we
last produced an organogram) which may be of some help to you:

·         1 x Assistant Director (Andrew Medlock)

·         1 x Customer Care Manager & 1 x Senior Caseworker

·         4 x Caseworkers & 14 x Customer Care Officers

·         1 x Business Support Officer

I hope my response is helpful. If you believe I have made an error in the
way I have processed your information request, it is open to you to
request an internal review. You can do this by writing to us by post or by
email to [1][Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman request email]. You will need to specify
what the nature of the issue is and we can consider the matter further.
Beyond that, it is open to you to complain to the Information
Commissioner’s Office ([2]www.ico.org.uk).

Yours sincerely

Freedom of Information / Data Protection Officer

Parliamentary and Health Service Ombudsman
