I have to date received nothing back from the council.

An acknowledgement of the original request or indeed timely provision of this reasonable request for information would have been at the least courteous.

Dear InfoMgr, FinDMT,

I appreciate Wirral BC are undertaking a major HR programme of staff change as a result of funding changes which may have delayed FOI requests and the results of Organogram data.

I have taken this into account while I await your reply to this FOI request. However, the new fiscal year has now commenced and budgets should already have been finalised so releasing relevant staff to process FOI requests made.

I see that Cllr Ian Lewis should have already prompted you and I am taking this opportunity to remind you again that I am still awaiting this information from 13 Jan 2011.

Yours sincerely,

Andrew Sowden
