Organised immigration crime deterrence campaign

In answer to a parliamentary question from Imran Ahmad Khan MP, Chris Philp MP on 16 April 2021 stated that 'We are currently running an organised immigration crime deterrence campaign which directly speaks to migrants in their native languages.' In respect of the campaign referenced by the Minister, please release details as to the following:
- When did the campaign begin to be implemented?
- In which countries is / was the campaign implemented?
- Was permission to run the campaign sought from the relevant authorities in each of the countries where the campaign is / was run?
- What was the overall projected budget for the campaign?
- If the campaign has now come to an end, what was total actual spend on the campaign?
