Organisational Structure for the Central 18 week Referral To Treatment (RTT) Team

The request was successful.

Dear Wye Valley NHS Trust,

1. I would like to know the Organisational Structure for your
Central 18 Week Referral To Treatment (RTT) Team, not the
Divisional Teams.

2. Kindly include the Organisational Structure for the Central 18
Week Referral To Treatment (RTT) Tracking and Validation Team as
well, if it is not within the structure of the Central 18 Week
Referral To Treatment (RTT) Team.

Thank you in advance for your response.

Yours faithfully,

Dominic Snow
