Dear Ms. Parker,

I am writing in response to your Freedom of Information request of 20^th
June 2019. Your request was:

Please can you provide the current/latest organisational structure for
Childrens Services and Adult Social Care teams – including the names and
job titles of all mid and senior management.

Also, could you please provide the names and job titles of those who are
responsible for the Commissioning of services for Adult Social Care and
Childrens Services.

The council’s response is as follows:

Please find attached a copy of the structure charts as requested.

Details of Heads of Service, are published within the organisation chart
as detailed above.  Any further breakdown of staff names and contact
details would be exempt from disclosure under Section 40 (2) of the Act.
This provides an exemption from the right to know where the information
requested consists of personal data, if its disclosure would breach any of
the data protection principles.

It is our belief that staff at a less senior level, whose roles are not
customer facing, would not expect their details to be disclosed in the
public domain, and so disclosure of these names would contravene the first
data protection principle, around fairness.

Please note that as from 1^st July 2016 a new Integrated Care Organisation
(ICO) has provided adult social services and health care in partnership
with Salford.

For a structure chart for Adult Social Care you will need to contact
Salford Royal Foundation Trust, directly.

The council considers it has fulfilled your request. If you are
dissatisfied with the way your request has been handled, or wish to appeal
this decision, you may wish to reply direct to this email. Your appeal
review will be overseen by a senior officer.

If you wish to lodge an appeal please forward it to our generic email box
