request I can confirm the following:
Thank you for your Freedom of Information request dated 22 March 2019 in
which you stated: Please can I request the organisational structure charts
for your Finance, ICT, Childrens and Adults Departments, including the job
titles and names of Middle and senior management. The response from
Sandwell Council is below: I can confirm that some of the information you
have requested regarding the finance structure chart is exempt under
Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) as it is accessible to
you by other means. The information you requested can be found by clicking

Please see the attached ICT Leadership Structure Please the attached
Children's Organisational Structure Chart. Please note that the Children's
Trust believes that disclosure of staff names below a certain level
constitutes the disclosure of Personal Information and as such Section 40
of the Freedom of Information Act allows the Trust to exempt this
information from disclosure. Section 40 is an absolute exemption and does
not require a public interest test. Please find attached an organogram for
Adult Social Care. Also released are designated email addresses and
telephone numbers for public contact with the teams. The names of middle
managers that you have requested are classified as personal data under the
General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Data Protection Act (DPA)
2018. Therefore, these have not been released to protect the rights and
freedoms of affected council officers.
If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the
right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be
submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your
request, and should be addressed to:
