Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, South West London and St George's Mental Health NHS Trust should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Health Trust to your Freedom of Information request.

 

In the Freedom of Information request referenced above you asked:

Our response to the above requests is as follows:

 

Please provide me with an up to date Organisational Structure chart for
the DOLS including all manager NAMES, contact details and job titles.

 

Trust response: Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS) at the Trust are
administered by staff within our Mental Health Act (MHA) Office. The lead
for DoLS is one of our Senior MHA Administrators.

 

See the attached for the organisational structure chart for the MHA
Office. Please note that the Trust only discloses the names and contact
details of staff at senior managerial level. The Trust has taken the
decision to withhold the names of DoLS staff as this is personal
information that we do not have consent to disclose. This information is
therefore exempt from disclosure under section 40(2) of the Freedom of
Information Act 2000.

 

 

I trust that this response satisfies your request in full. However if you
are not satisfied and need to correspond further regarding this request,
you may appeal by setting out your concerns in writing for the attention
of myself and the Information Governance Manager. Please ensure that the
