Thank you for your email of 10 August 2016 where you requested information about staff employed by Trafford Council

Please find attached the information that Trafford Council holds in relation to the Organisational Structure for Adult Services and Children Services. These services currently operate separately and have separate organisational charts.

Staff can be contacted via telephone through Trafford Council switchboard which is 0161 912 2000 and can be e-mailed using the Council's e-mail address which takes the format of [email address]

Under the act we are able to withhold certain information where an exemption applies. In this case the names of staff in positions that are not senior management has been withheld under section 40 (Personal Data). To share this information would not be fair processing of personal data, and therefore be a breach of data protection.

If you are dissatisfied with the handling of your request, you have the right to ask for an internal review. Internal review requests should be submitted within two months of the date of receipt of the response to your original letter and should be addressed to: Information Governance Manager, Trafford Council, Town Hall, Talbot Road StretfordM33 0TH or via email to [Trafford Council request email]
