Please provide the organisational structure charts (including names, job
title, email address & contact numbers for Adult Social Care & Public
Health.

 

This may also include commissioning teams covering the following job
titles:

The Council does not disclose the names of junior officers, we consider
that the information is exempt from disclosure under subsection 40 (2)
FOIA and other ICO guidance which states that details of junior employees
attracts an absolute exemption from disclosure and that such requests are
dealt with under the regulations set out by the Data Protection Act 2018.
