for Adult and Children social Services including all service manager and below tiers NAMES,

In response to your Freedom of information request, please find the document attached.
There have been some amendments made since this was developed in that the Service Manager for Long Term care has now left and the post remains vacant and the service manager for Business management has moved across to the Adult Services division.
Please note this structure relates to management level only. The names of officers below this level are exempt under FOI Section 40(2), which applies to personal data when disclosure would be contrary to any of the data protection principles. In this case disclosure is not compatible with the first principle, which concerns fairness, as the officers concerned would legitimately not expect their names to be disclosed outside of communications when they are directly involved in service delivery.
