Request for Information - 2018/17327 - Organisational structure

I refer to your request for information received on 03/01/2018. Please see
the information below in response to your request: -

The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth Council entered
into a shared staffing arrangement on 1 October 2016. For further details
about this arrangement please
see: [1]http://www.richmond.gov.uk/wandsworth. Under the shared staffing
arrangement all staff are jointly employed by both Councils. It is not
generally possible within the context of FOI requests relating to staff
numbers to provide a separate figure for each Council. Therefore, unless
indicated otherwise, where a response refers to numbers employed by one or
other Council or other staffing information, the response provided will in
fact relate to the workforce covering both Councils’ services.

Can you please provide me with an organisational structure chart for
adults social care and public health directorates, that includes the names
and job titles for the following positions:

Team Managers.
Service Managers.
Heads of Service.
Assistant Director's.
Director's.
CEO's.

Please can this include and cover all aspects of operational, strategic
and commissioning specialisms.

Please find attached above the structure charts for the Adult Services
Directorate and Public Health. Please note that names and contact details
have only been provided for Heads of Service level and above. This is
because we judge that the disclosure of personal data of this kind would
be outside of the reasonable expectations of more junior rules. We
therefore judge that the disclosure of this information would be in breach
of the first data protection principle, that ‘the processing of personal
data for any of the law enforcement purposes must be lawful and fair.’
Therefore, this information is exempt under S40 of the FOIA.
