Freedom of Information: CP-ICT: RBKC, Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea

Dear James
Your information request (FOI2018-0922)
I write in response to your email of 17 July 2018 in which you requested
information from the Council. I am sorry for the delay in responding.
I have considered your request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000
(FOIA) and can confirm that the Council only holds an organisational
structure chart which fulfils part of your request.
The job titles and names of the Council's Chief Executives and Directors
can be found on the RBKC website here -
This includes the Adult Social Care team but the Council does not have
corresponding roles of this seniority in the Public Health team.
The Council does not hold any accurate organisational charts which show
the structure in those teams in the detail you have asked for. It is worth
noting that even if the Council did, it is likely that much of this
information would be exempt from release under section 40(2) FOIA because
it constitutes third party personal data of members of staff who we deem
to be holding roles that are too junior in nature to justify releasing
their names to the world at large under FOIA.
If you would like to request a list of job titles of more junior staff
within any specific teams under FOIA, this is something that we may be
able to comply with but it will depend on whether it would make individual
members of staff identifiable.
I hope this information is useful. Should you be unhappy with the handling
of your request, the Council has an internal complaints process for
handling FOIA complaints. Complaints are reviewed by the Chief Solicitor
and Monitoring Officer or her nominee. A form is available from our
website to lodge your complaint
Please contact us if you do not have website access and we can provide you
with a copy of the form. Following this review, should you still be
unhappy with how your information request has been handled, you have a
further right to appeal to the Information Commissioner who is responsible
for ensuring compliance with FOIA.
Yours sincerely,
Information Management Team
