Freedom of Information, Broadland District Council

Dear Mr Edge,

I am writing in response to your below request for information. However, Broadland District Council does not have a Head of Educational Psychology.

The vast majority of local services in Norfolk are provided by the County Council – including public health, libraries and highways. In particular, children's services and education are the responsibility of Norfolk County Council and this would cover the matters you raised below. As a result Broadland, as a district council, does not have these responsibilities and so we would have no involvement in this matter. To obtain this information you will need to contact the County Council – and this may be done via www.norfolk.gov.uk, if you have not already done so.

I’m sorry I cannot assist on this occasion but I trust this response will nevertheless be helpful. If, for whatever reason, you wish to get back to me please feel free to do so. In particular if you are unhappy with how your request was handled please make contact and I will explain how you can make a complaint either to the Council or to the Information Commissioner.
