The Trust does not have specific Social Care Managers as an Integrated Health and Social Care Trust we have managers from different professional backgrounds who manager Multi-Disciplinary Teams.

Would you please clarify if you would like band 7 and above Social Care Managers only or all managers that manage Social Care services.
