request was received on 10 November 2023 and we are dealing with it under
the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

 

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) came into being on 1st
April 2006 and assumed responsibility for the services provided by both
the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Hospital NHS Trust
(NCH).

 

Under Section 21 of the Act, we are not required to provide information in
response to a request if it is already reasonably accessible to you. The
information you requested relating to general nursing is available on the
Trust’s website under [1]Meet the Board | NUH.   With regard to the other
information you requested,  we can confirm that the Trust does not hold
the information falling within the description specified in your request
as we are an acute trust and do not deal with mental health.

 

However, having reviewed your request for information, we have identified
that, due to the nature of the information that you are seeking, your
request may possibly be more appropriately addressed by Nottinghamshire
Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust
