Subject: Social Care Organisational Structure Charts

 

Thank you for your request for information of 30/04/2020 where you asked
the following:

 

“I would like to request the structure charts for children’s & adults
social care please I would like the following, Names, email addresses,
contact numbers and job title of all Deputy Team Managers, Team Managers &
Service Managers that manage Children & Adults Statutory Social Care
Services within the Local Authority please”.

 

Your request has been processed and considered under the Freedom of
Information (Scotland) Act 2002 and the information is provided below.

 

Management structure charts for both Children’s and Adults’ Social Care
Services have recently been published on the Council’s Disclosure Log.
Unfortunately, there is currently a technical fault with the Disclosure
Log so that responses and attached documents are not always visible. I
have therefore attached the following published charts for your
convenience:

To promote transparency and accountability, please note it is the
Council’s policy to publish all request details and responses made under
the freedom of information legislation. This information will be made
available through the Council’s website and will not include your personal
