I can confirm that we hold information that falls within the scope of your

Could you please provide me with an up to date list of the names of social
work management staff including Heads of Service, Area Managers/Service
Managers, Team Managers/Team Leaders, within Children Services across the
local authority?

I cannot seem to find this information from your website

The Council does not publish direct contact details for staff below the
level of Head of Service, including email addresses and phone numbers.
Instead, it promotes the use of our website [1]www.newport.gov.uk  and
City Contact Centre (telephone (01633) 656656, email at
[2][Newport City Council request email]).  This helps to ensure that customers are always
directed to the appropriate person and that e-mail correspondence is
routed correctly.  It also ensures that any staff moves do not affect the
public's ability to contact the Council and gain appropriate information.
