Dear James Withington,

 

Thank you for your recent request for information under the Freedom of
Information (FOI) Act 2000.

 

We are now in a position to respond to your request.

 

Your request:

 

Please can you provide under the Freedom of Information Act a full
management structure chart for the Trust inclusive of all 'Heads of
Service,' 'Assistant Directors' and Directors with the full job titles and
the names of individuals who hold these positions.

 

Our response:

 

Under Section 1(1)(a) of the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), the Trust
can confirm that it holds information relevant to your request.

 

The Trust does not hold a current organisational chart that meets the
criteria of your request, therefore such information is not available
under the Act at this time. We are not required to create ‘new’
information under the FOIA.

 

Please be advised the Trust does not routinely release
the details of staff who work below Executive level in
the organisation and we are withholding this information
under Section 40 (1) (Personal Data) of the Act. Section 40(1) is an Absolute Exemption
and is therefore not subject to the public interest test. A list of all
