Please may I have the managerial organisational structure for your council? Please see attached the BwD Directors Structure Chart, please note the post of Director of ITM&G is currently vacant.

Also a list of external suppliers used by the council. The Council has published all payments over £500 since 2010/11 which can be accessed using the following link: http://www.blackburn.gov.uk/Pages/Spendi.... If this does not suffice for your request please can you confirm the period you are interested in and we can provide a complete list.

Also a breakdown of the individual teams within the council also including the names and contact details including telephone numbers of all of the team members for each area. Please could you clarify the organisation structure of the marketing/communications department with contact details and names of staff ?

The Council does not hold a complete organisational structure containing all employees and has in the region of 2500 employees. To create one would exceed the appropriate limit in the Act and names/contact details would be redacted below Head of Service because this is exempt under Section 40, Personal Information. Is it possible to refine your request to a specific service area and we can provide a structure with the personal information redacted?
