I would be grateful if you would kindly clarify a few points in relation
to your request, once these points have been clarified your request will

Do you need organisational charts for all departments within the council,
or exclusively the property services (please note that provided all
departments will require far more time to produce and may be restricted by
time constraint laid down in section 12 of the Act).

 

Please note that until I have this additional information from you I will
not be able to proceed any further with this request and confirm that the
clock for this request has been stopped until further notice. If I don’t
receive a response from you within 2 months from the date of this email,
your request will be considered closed.
