Thank you for your request submitted under the Freedom of Information Act
for which we apologise for the delay in responding.


The Council considers the names of individuals to be personal data as
specified under the Data Protection Act 2018 and is therefore exempt from
disclosure under section 40(2) of the Freedom of Information Act.

However, the Council is required to publish information about Senior
Managers and in view of this have attached details of team managers in
response to your request.

The section 40(2) FOI exemption is absolute and there is no requirement to
consider any public interest in disclosure.
