Dear Dorset County Council,
Please may I have the organisational structure for the Highways and transport department within your council; a breakdown of the individual divisions and team(s) within the mentioned department, including the name, titles and contact details including telephone numbers of all team members for each division as of the date response to this request.
Furthermore, could I have the details of any consultants or recruitment agencies your organisation has used to hire for contract and permanent roles in the last 6 months.

Dear Mr Morris,


Thank you for your Freedom of Information (FOI) request.


Please find attached the most recent structure charts for our Dorset
Highways department. We have not included officers names and contact
details, as under FOI guidelines we are only obliged to disclose names and
contact details of Chief Officers earning over £50,000 per annum. We
choose not to do so for officers earning under £50,000 as we often receive
requests from recruitment agencies who appear to be fishing for staff.


Dorset County Council source temporary agency staff through the contract
we hold with Comensura who are neutral vendors.


If you are not completely satisfied with our response, please contact us
again stating that you wish to submit an Internal Review (the first step
of the FOI appeals process). This will be dealt with by our Manager, who
does not get involved with the processing of FOI requests in order to
remain neutral. If your appeal is not resolved to your satisfaction, you
have the right to apply to the [1]Information Commissioner for a decision.
