I acknowledge your request for information about Organisation Structures
of Directorates. Your request was received on 2^nd December 2014 and we
are dealing with it under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act
2000.

 

Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) came into being on 1st
April 2006 and assumed responsibility for the services provided by both
the Queen's Medical Centre (QMC) and Nottingham City Hospital NHS Trust
(NCH).

 

The Trust covers 2 large campus sites involving support from numerous
Directorates and Departments and to help us meet your request could you
please clarify which Directorates you require so that I can process your
request.

 

Unfortunately we are unable to identify/locate the information you have
requested from the details you have provided. I will not be able to take
this matter further without extra information from you.
