Your request for information, with reference number FOI 2211161204 has now
been considered and the information requested is given below.  

Request and Response
 

Please provide the organisational structure charts,  

(including names, job tile and contact details) for the Children’s
directorate covering the following job titles:
 

Director,  

Assistant director,  

Head of Service,  

Service Manager, Manager 

Please refer to the attachment provided for our response.  

Please note we are unable to provide names and contact details of Service
Manager/s within the Children's Directorate.  I confirm that we hold all
of the information you require however we are unable to supply it in full.
We do not routinely publish staff positions held or the names of other
members of the council below Head of Service (HOS) level as we feel this
constitutes personal information. The exemption we are relying on is
Section 40(2) – personal information, as detailed in the Data Protection
Act 2018; the disclosure of which would breach the first data protection
principle as outlined in Article 5 of the General Data Protection
Regulation.  The exemption applies because disclosure of this information
would not be fair or lawful and we consider that the individuals have a
reasonable expectation of privacy.  

In accordance with the Freedom of Information Act 2000 this email message
acts as a Refusal Notice where exemptions have been applied
