Subject: Freedom of Information request - Organisation Chart & Current
Staffing

Dear Belfast Zoo,

Under Freedom of Information Act 2000, please provide the following
information.

1. A current organisation chart of staff within Belfast Zoo which should
show all the current roles. It should also include equivalent grades
(Local Government), FTE profiles (full time equivalence), whether thy are
temporary or permanent roles, whether they are seasonal, whether a role is
covered by a temporary promotion and/or whether a role is currently
covered by an agency employed staff member.

2. If any role is covered by an agency employed staff member, please
provide further information regarding: a. how long it has been covered by
an external agency staff member; b. how long it is anticipated to continue
to be covered by an external agency staff member; c. the current or future
plans for roles currently covered by an agency employed staff member to be
filled by a substantive permanent staff member; d. if applicable, the
reason why a role is being covered by an agency member of staff.

3. The current policy, method and process of filling permanent post
vacancies within Belfast Zoo.

I would be grateful if you could acknowledge this request as soon as
possible and if you need clarification on any part of this request please
advise me within that reply.
