I am writing in response to your request dated 20 November 2017.  This has
been dealt with under the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

 

You asked for the following information:

 

Please can you send me an up to date Organisational Structure Chart for
the Special Educational Needs department including names.

 

 

The Council’s response to your specific questions is set out below:

 

SEN Manager

The Council does hold details of the names of the individuals, but
considers these to be exempt under Section 40 of the Freedom of
Information Act. I attach the relevant refusal notice for further details.
